Overview

At the end of Module 1: Introduction to Mentoring and Giving Effective Feedback, the learner should be able to:

  • Discuss the characteristics of a good mentor
  • Identify the responsibilities of a mentor
  • Identify the responsibilities of a mentee
  • Discuss the principles of giving effective feedback
