Introduction to Mentoring and Giving Effective Feedback
Overview
At the end of Module 1: Introduction to Mentoring and Giving Effective Feedback, the learner should be able to:
- Discuss the characteristics of a good mentor
- Identify the responsibilities of a mentor
- Identify the responsibilities of a mentee
- Discuss the principles of giving effective feedback
