At the end of Module 2: Emotional Intelligence and Resolving Challenges, the learner should be able to:

- Growth Mindset vs. Fixed Mindset
- How to benefit from an effective mentor / mentee relationship
The module consists of following Learning Objects and it may take approximately 60 minutes of your time to complete. The Learning Objects are:

Once you have completed the modules, there will be a face-to-face sessions (via Zoom) to apply what you have learnt. The facilitators will take you through a practice session applying the methods.
