The Centre for Medical Education (CenMED) at YLLSoM is dedicated towards 'Promoting Professionalism and Excellence in Medical Education'. To achieve this aim, CenMED will organise a series of core modules which come together to form a coherent certificate program. The certificate program will be designed to develop current and aspiring medical/dental/nursing/allied health faculty to learn the underpinning theory and apply contemporary teaching-learning principles and strategies, effectively.
The certification process includes access to CenMED courses for 3 years. Assessment and evaluation for certification is also included. Successful participants will be awarded the Certificate of Completion in Medical and Health Professions Education.
The program is open to all health professionals interested in improving their profile in medical education.
There will be one intake per year — January (Please refer to timeline below)
